Inspirational Story
This story will move you ... even if you don't play golf. A true story of one of the greatest natural golfers (an amateur) to ever play the game. The DVD of the movie contains interviews with Francis Ouimet (who is played by Shia LaBeouf in the movie). Fine cinematography, and excellent acting. I don't play ball golf, but I do play DISC GOLF, and this movie gets me fired up to play every time I watch it. Inspirational!
Based on a true story. Well done!
I enjoyed this movie which is based on the true story of Francis Ouimette, who pulled off the greatest underdog victory in the history of sports. Father-son issues are explored in familiar themes. Shia LaBeouf exhibits extraordinary honesty and is well-cast in this leading role.
Simply Amazing
This is a great story and it is really moving. It is a great movie for people of all ages. Everyone will enjoy it
