Plot Summary

Rotten: For such a film, The Horseman is too short of flair - there's not enough of it to distract us from the nastiness.
Fresh: Marshall's performance, as the desperate, driven father, is striking; it gives the film an emotional centre without ever diminishing the horror of his character's actions.

Terrific Movie
Great movie. There is some incredibly brutal violence however it isn't gratuitous. They never show more than they need to, just enough to keep the stories intensity. And it is intense! Great acting also especially from the lead character.
Terrifically brutal and intense!
Major props to Peter Marshall for giving a gritty, affecting performance as an everyman driven to revenge by his daughter's sordid death at the hands of sleazy pornographers. Also, take care because this is definitely not a film for the faint of heart or weak of stomach!
Heartfelt, gripping movie!
REVENGE!! A father whose precious daughter died from being drugged from a group of men. The father hunts down each of the men and kills them in a different way! Its sad really to see the scene of what happened to the daughter, i'll be honest I cried a few times when I went back to understand it, the unfortunate truth, and not a lot of movies make me cry. The music itself was so gripping, you can't ignore it! This movie really shows how far a parent will go to get revenge for their lost ones! LOVED IT!!! How far would you go to get revenge for a love one that died?
