Forgettable. Not worth the time.
An animated figure comes home from a party, thinking it may have said something wrong. He removes his head and tries to get rid of it by a variety of means, but the head keeps coming back and refuses to stop talking. Ultimately, the man realizes he might as well put his head back on. The end.
The concept could've led to an amusing short film, but in this case the text is mediocre and the visuals aren't very creative.
Dr. Seuss with edge!
