Plot Summary

Young professor Jonathan (Wes Bentley) has it all, a promising career and an adoring fiancée, but when enigmatic Russian student Ligeia (Sofya Skya) appears, he is spellbound. As though possessed, Jonathan is unable to resist the diabolically beautiful stranger who draws out his wild side. They move to a remote mansion, where Ligeia reveals the spine-chilling secret to her immortality—the extraction of human souls. Terrible

Watched this movie for about 30 min then turned it off. The plot may have been alright be the acting was so terrible I couldn't even laugh at it. Don't waste your money even to rent it.

Mystical

Really interesting and captivating. A new twist on opportunities for eternal life. One of the main characters, Ligeia, is incredibly beautiful and really draws you into her world of mysticism and lust. I really enjoyed it. It was something new and different.

Could have been better

Could have been a good movie, but the directing and acting was very uneven, it jumped from plot line to plot line and made for a dissapointing story.
