Top Critics' Reviews
Rotten: Despite many interesting mise-en-scene moments, the film disappointingly feels as sterile as the family's immaculately clean house.
Rotten: This is the kind of movie that nice people call ambitious.
Fresh: For those who accept Potter's premise -- and why not embark on a challenging, enriching experience? -- this is a unique, bold adventure of the soul.
Fresh: Alive and daring, not a rehearsal of safe material and styles.

I Recommend It
I havent watch a ton of Yes concerts but I love this one. Not to mention its the only Yes video on iTunes at the moment!!! Highlights for me incliude Ritual (favorite), And You and I, Seen All Good People, Starship Trooper and others. Its a good mix and 10 bucks for a 3 hour concert is no rip off. Sound quality is good as well as video on an iPod screen ( gets a bit dicey when you try to fill your monitor with it ). As my title states I recommend it !
Good - Could have been great
This is the immediate post-"Yes East" lineup (Anderson, Howe, Squire, Wakeman, White) at the last stop of their '04 tour. I love this band but almost every song could have benefitted greatly from a speed up of about five beats per minute. Steve Howe's apparently absolute insistence that certain key passages be slowed down is beyond me. It killed the pace and verve of much of the show. The band often had timing problems - Squire coming in a half-beat ahead, Howe a half-beat behind, etc. The sound mix, while good, lacked life - very clinical.
The triumph in this concert is the last one I would have expected - "Ritual". I never would have thought the best track of their second worst album, "Tales From Topographic Oceans", would be played with such passion.
Still, this film is a good representation of a great band at the end of a long tour. It is definitely worth the rental, but it could have been so much more.
One of the best!
Even Igor shines in this film. A great film, well - produced, excellently performed and a plus for any collector! Yes, Yes, Yes!!!
