We've got a big hit on our hands

Awesome video for a phenomenal song from a superb band. Everyone looks ridiculously cute in this video - Michael Guy Chislett with his tuba; the butcher in his band hat; mike carden with his little backpack; sisky just being sisky; and, of course, the one and only bilvy making more girls fall in love with him every day. Their sound has changed from older stuff, but "there is nothing wrong with change if it is in the right direction."

About the cutest videos ever.

I abousutly adore this video. This song, so catchy, but the video just tops it off. I love how Bill's all day dreaming about the girl, but at the end she's all day dreaming about him, but they both won't admit it. Yes, its focused of William, but thats because William wrote the song, and alot of the time, the lead singer gets all the perks. But still, yes TAI went a little more mainstream, but at the end, the video is really well made, and I love it. I really can't even fathom how much I love it, so forgive me for the lack of good adgectives. (sp) *Butcher's hat owns*

Haters out there...

get over yourselves. this is just a band making music - doing what they love. Nothing really changed. Onto the video, by far my favorite of theirs. Insanely well made and put together, though it does seem like it should be for 'His Girl Friday'. They definitely are miles away from where they were with Santi and Almost Here. Love themmm!

Naming influences from U2 to Weezer to Pink Floyd, the duo added bassist Adam Siska (Beckett's classmate from high school), along with a second guitarist and drummer, to record 2004's The Academy EP for hometown label LLR Recordings. As luck would have it, fellow Chicagoan Pete Wentz...
