It's a live performance, people
What you people don't seem to realize is that this is a live performance, not a "music video." Real vocals, real everything. In that sense it is brilliant. It's from a British TV show called "In the Basement." Very few bands in the world (anymore) sound this good playing live. Watch it again with that in mind.
There's a reson why it's called "From The Basement".
It's stripped down, not supposed to be that exciting...it's Radiohead in a recording session...the music speaks for itself, and I personally think this is a really cool way to appreciate the song. Genius!
