Mmmmmmmm Trent

The video is actually sort of cheesy and goofy, but I think that's kind of the point. Almost reminds me of some of the songs off of Pretty Hate Machine, with that subtle, sarcastic humor. I sort of wish he would do more stuff with a little comedic edge, instead of making everything so damn serious all the time. At least, I really really HOPE he's joking when he says things like, "I guess I'm not the only boy for you". Anyways. It's a great song regardless of whether he expects us to take toxic dye seriously. And for some reason it's really f'ing sexy the way he says, "I'm going to make a withdrawal......"

Very Well Done

I thought the video was great. The song is naturally intense and Trent put a kind of plot along with it. This song happens to be one of my favorites. The video went very well with the song. I honestly wish I had a video Ipod because sadly they decided to only have the video available and not the song, that's depressing. Now I want to go waste $400 so I can listen to this song. Ha ha, that's great.

This is one of the few videos that mr. reznor does with a sort of story to it, i wish there were more...

Biography

Formed: 1989 in Cleveland, OH

Genre: Alternative

Years Active: '80s, '90s, '00s, '10s

Nine Inch Nails were the most popular industrial group ever and were largely responsible for bringing the music to a mass audience. It isn't really accurate to call NIN a group; the only official member is singer/producer/multi-instrumentalist Trent Reznor, who always remained solely responsible for NIN's musical direction (he was, however, supported in concert by a regular backing band). Unlike the vast majority of industrial artists, Reznor wrote melodic, traditionally structured songs where lyrics...
