Kellie Pickler Is the Future of Country Music
I will first confess that I have been a Kellie fan from the Day I saw her on season 5 of American Idol and have pulled for her over the past few years to improve and do well in the music industry. I always knew Kellie would be successful because of her bubbly personality - this Kid has the "it factor" and knows how to play to the crowd. Pickler is a natural.......
But I was not expecting to see how she would develop as a stunning beauty and I did not figure she would develop a voice that would rival the best in the industry - yes I said that!!! Just recently I saw her in Charlotte and she belted out "Didn't You Know How Much I Loved You" with such conviction that I thought her former lover may be in the audience (well this was Charlotte - so he might have been). Her voice on this song was flawless and I now believe Kellie is the future of female COUNTRY music.

Kellie continues to impress me more and more with each release. This song, "Didn't You Know How Much I Loved You" carries a simple but powerful message. Who hasn't asked this question before, whether it's been abandonment, a sour relationship or any number of things. Pickler's voice soars into an impeccable chorus with conviction. The video itself was filmed in the Dominican Republic, so it is very beautiful. Her feeling that she injects into her song is personal and real, something that separates her from many other country artists out there today. -5 stars!
