Thank god I'm not the only one who had this problem,but when I brought it to attention I was told to pay attention to what I was buying and double check it's the right song or video.Believe me,I know music and their artist and this sure isn't Tift Merritt.
Video purchased not Tift
I downloaded the video and to my suprise, it wasn't Tift's video. I voiced my experience and received a credit. Fine so far, then a few days later I think maybe now the problem is fixed and I download the video once again using the credit. I voice my concern once again, not getting the product advertised and I don't get a credit or refund. I'm told is was a free downnload. I'm stuck with two downloads that I don't desire to have and will delete and I'm out $1.49. The video is great, if you can get the right video.
