I really like this track, as I can relate to the lyricis. Plus I love India Arie and Akon both. I had locks, was growing them for about 7 years. I decided to cut them off because I was having a hard time finding a job. At first, I must admit it I was in denial about it. I was like they should not judge me by my hair, my work exprience and background will speak for themselves. Oh how wrong I was. After coming to the harsh reality that I might have to cut my locks in order to find a job, I went and cut them all off. Shortly thereafter, I found a job. How interesting I say, eventhough I am not suprise. Thanks Akon for sharing your talent, experience and life with us your fans. Keep the positive vibes flowing brotha man!
