It's too popish

It seems like a music video you would see on Disney channel

Awkward.

I currently have 2 songs from Hey Monday and they're pretty dang good! When I watched this video i was hoping for the same rock essense that HM has. Well, i guess its not there. I've seen this happen with bands/artists of the younger generation. Where POP comes into play. It takes away the pure rock awesomeness that the artist/band has! It's like a disease! Let's use Demi Lavato for an example. Her first album that came out was pure rock and no pop. It was AMAZING. Then her second album came out, and she turned into a poppy weirdo. Hey Monday is supposed to be a freakin ROCK band. Instead of comparing them to Paramore (which i find that as an insult to Paramore), I will compare them to Demi Lavato.
This video is SO AWKWARD to watch! First of all, the lead singer's outfits are TERRIBLE (not her fault i know.) and the song is reaaalllly cheesy. Plus, the lead sounds like a 5 year old. Sorry for the negativity, but Hey Monday has lost their rock spark. Have fun singing for little children, Hey Monday.

Love It!

This song is so addictive and the video just makes it even better. Keep on rockin!

The band formed in West Palm Beach, FL, where Pope was first discovered at a regional music conference. Although still in high school, the singer drew attention from A&R execs with her voice, which recalled the radio-ready wail of Avril Lavigne and Paramore's Hayley Williams. She then formed a band with fellow teenagers Jersey Moriarty (bass), Elliot James (drums), and guitarists...
