WHAT'S WITH THE DIS?
Unfortunately, you critics have this video pegged wrong. The video dates back to 1984, the year Sting released "Dream of the Blue Turtles." The album marked Sting's first solo effort and was a huge gamble because of its heavy jazz influence. The video is dated now, but it was cutting edge at the time. I'm glad they dug it out of the vault. It's great to see it again after 20 years.
JA! says....
I agree with "What's With The Dis". I remember when this was released. It was great at that time so I am not inclined to change that view considering my point of reference...I actually remember this release, which more than I can say for some of the crap they are putting out these days. I was in college at the time this was released. Takes me back to that good time in my life. Bravo, Headmaster Sumner. Your rapacious wit will always be appreciated over here in NYC...lol
Not Good
This is a realy good song but the video is a waist of time.
