I LOVE THIS VIDEO - 1ST REVIEW
Finally iTunes has gotten this video! Alicia really shines in this one, which is an ode to the Spike Lee film, 'School Daze'. The concept matches the song brilliantly and the storyline is believable. She equally showcases her vocal ability, some smooth dance moves & her beauty as a woman, without being vulgar. 'As I Am' is definitely shaping up to be Alicia's best project to date!! Forget being 'worth the buy', YOU BETTER BUY THIS!!!
I Guess Nothing Really Matter's (When You Are InLove)
HeyWuzUp!! Love the video, and Love Alicia this video is very fun, and laid back Alicia stepd away from behind for this video, but don't worry you get to see Alicia dancing a little, showing you her fun side, also I think the video goes with the song, and that's real Important to me. Teenage Love Affair is the 3rd single off her 3xPlatinum album As I Am, also the song samples The Teempree's (Girl) I Love You. The song was #23 on Rollingstones list of 100 Best songs of 07. The Video was shot at Drew University in Madison New Jersey in the video Actor Derek Luke plays Alicia's Teenage crush. The video was inspired by Spike Lee's 88 film school Daze, for Example Alicia's Talent show scene was from that wich Actress Tisha Cambell did in the movie Kind of like a tribute. Guest cameo's include Anthony Hamilton, also Giancarlo Esposito is in the video in was was one of the stars in the movie School Daze, and Tristan Wilds from The Wire is in the video as well. Alcia also cut the video into the song Go Ahead for the party scene of the video. Look the video is fun, and a must have Alicia keys is just being herself in the video what more could you want. Alicia Keeps Her Momentum Going
This is the third single off of Alicia Keys' album, As I Am. This single, just like the first two is wonderful. Alicia expresses the feelings of her youth and tells how teenage relationships work. Her vocals are once again outstanding. She also keeps the trend of great videos going. This video shows the ups and downs of teenage relationships, and Alicia acts her part perfectly.
