Audio/Visual Sync Off
Apple refused to give me a refund for this badly synced music video. If you've seen the video, the juxtaposition of the audio and video is what makes it so special. However, it is about a 1/2 step off, and it ruins the video. Do not buy this video.

The original video is spectacular. But this product is defective, the sound is out of sync. I want my money back or a sync version of the video. It is a shame for iTunes to offer this. I'm very disappointed.
