This is sort of like the "Under The Tuscan Sun" of iTunes - Italian music for North American yuppie tourists. It's full of overproduced autotuned dreck that you see on PBS specials during pledge time. If you think of Italian culture in terms of cliches and you have no taste in music, it's fine. There's a lot of music in Italy of all styles and sounds, some good and some bad; this album represents only one of those styles, and in my opinion it's the least enjoyable and the most watered-down. This is music for sale, not for pleasure. I'll allow that Jovanotti is a pretty talented songwriter; his work is not particularly well represented here.
