"Hanging by a Moment" was more than just another hit single in the summer of 2001; it was the hit single of the year, a masterwork of hummable modern rock melodies that topped Billboard's Hot 100 chart just above Janet Jackson and Alicia Keys. It was by no means the end of the Malibu, CA, band's career, either; if anything, it was merely a preview of the pop perfection to come in latter-day cuts like the candlelit, string-steeped ballad "Good Enough" and the frantic, chord-bending "First Time." And then there's "You and Me," the smash song that's been featured in enough cheek-to-cheek wedding dances to justify an actual "Extended Wedding Version." A Top 10 Pop and #1 Adult Contemporary hit, it's actually become a bigger single than "Hanging by a Moment," proving that Lifehouse is in the game for the long haul.

Awesome!
I only have one CD of Lifehouse, but I listen to it so much, it's almost worn out. They. Are. Awesome. Smoke & Mirrors is an awesome CD and one of my favorites. Plus, they sing a couple of my favorite songs from when I was younger and did not know that Lifehouse sang them ("Hanging By a Moment" and "You and Me") I recommend this to everyone!
Almost....
This is a solid mix of Lifehouse's music, don't get me wrong, but the song that's missing is "Everything", from No Name Face. That song inspires people emotionally and spiritually, and it got shunted out by a second recording of "Hanging By a Moment." It's the one hole in this otherwise wonderful mix.

I've been a Lifehouse fan for many years,,Everytime they come to Philly or nearby we are always at there concert..We just recently in April 2011 with my cousin just came back from a cruise and Lifehouse was on the cruise...It was VH1 and Sixthman sponsored event....I f I tell you that was the greatest 4 nites of my life, got my pictures wih the band and spoke with them...They were amazing and cant wait for there next cd to come out...Love u guys!!!!!!
