Fierce, confrontational rock 'n' roll is supposed to be the devil's work, right? Not if Tennessee emo-pop outfit Paramore has anything to do with it . . . led by flame-haired young Christian-rock icon Hayley Williams, the band built on its Warped Tour roots, under the guidance of the Fueled by Ramen label, to take the world by storm with their second album, 2007's Riot!, featuring "Hallelujah" and their breakthrough single, the celebratory revenge song "Misery Business." Since then, the band has contributed a couple of perfectly pitched songs to the Twilight soundtrack, including "Decode," toured with No Doubt, and bounced back from rumors of a possible breakup with their outstanding third album, Brand New Eyes. The hugely successful third single from that 2009 release, towering ballad "The Only Exception," heads up this overview of Paramore's brilliant career to date.

This is amazing!
Paramore's songs are very fun and easy to connect to. Most people only know them from the song "The Only Exception" but I think all their songs are great! I already own all of these songs! It's worth buying!
Good playlist, but....
Is Airplanes really necessary to be on a "PARAMORE" playlist?
I mean, Paramore isn't a one-woman band, Taylor, Jeremy, Josh, and Zac had nothing to do with Airplanes, only Hayley.
And it's missing a bunch of Paramore's hits.
Just Sayin'.
this wouldn't be my ideal choice for a Paramore playlist
First of all, it doesn't have enough songs from their best album, Brand New Eyes. To be exact, it has 3. That's not enough. It also has Decode, which is definitely Paramore's biggest flop. Also, they didn't use the live version of CrushCrushCrush, which is far superior to the studio version. It also has too many songs from All We Know is Falling, which, despite being a great album, was not their best (Riot! and Brand New Eyes were even better.) If I had to pick 15 of Paramore's songs, it would be these:
Misery Business
CrushCrushCrush (Live Version)
That's What You Get
Born For This
Pressure
Careful
Brick By Boring Brick
Ignorance
The Only Exception
Emergency
Playing God
For A Pessimist, I'm Pretty Optimistic
Airplanes
Fences
Looking Up
This isn't a bad collection (it's impossible to make a bad collection of Paramore's songs) but it isn't the best one either.
