sometimes it's worth listening to

adam has bad taste in music, which screws up the show, and he likes to ramble on and on about personal stuff, but occasionally, he actually covers some ground that you might want to hear if you're involved with this emerging media stuff... adam is trying to make a way for citizen podcasters to sell ads allthewhile making money for himself... this is a good thing, but his podcast a lot of times blows, and he plays some of the worst music i've ever heard!

Ho-hum after a while.

This was the first podcast that I listened to. I enjoyed features like the Hit Test (think "Name That Tune" with pop/rock songs) and Mash-ups (two songs, often of different genres, mixed together), but Adam decided that they were not "pod-safe" and no longer used them. While I understand that using commercial music as a podcaster is risky, the rest of the show was about Adam figuring out how to make money as a podcaster, promoting his pod-safe network (with often boring songs), and general self-aggrandizement.

Listen to 5 shows and you will be hooked!

It is arguable as to wheither the content of or music played on Adam's show is worthwhile or not, but that is not what makes this podcast great. As a listener, Adam makes you feel like you are an insider and not just an audience member. His listeners feel like they are getting in on the ground floor of the revolutionary industry of podcasting. What you hear is the aggragation of the ideas and work of hundreds of creative podcasters around the world flowing through the life and idle ramblings or Mr. Curry.
