What would the world do with out us, the entrepreneurs? If you'd like to know what would happen pick up a copy of Atlas Shrugged and see. And despite Ayn's sage warning, the world still marches wholeheartedly toward disaster. Collectivist ideas infect our public school system and universities like a disease, slowly killing the entrepreneurial spirit. Companies traditionally thought to be bastions of capitalism have proven themselves fascist collectivist by demanding government money to shield themselves from the effects of poor decisions they made. But worse still, they lobby for regulation of their business to use government violence to keep out competition and artificially restrict the choices consumers have, effectively creating a oligarchy of ruling companies in the market place. Ayn saw this coming, and the only philosophy that can save the world from the inevitable destruction and despotism that is coming is Objectivism. The only political system, Libertarianism. But not Libertarianism filled with those hypocrites who would ignore and forget about the philosophy that makes Libertarianism possible when the going gets tough. Not libertarians who are on public assistance, who accept food stamps, who take AFDC. We needs Libertarians who live their philosophy, who live the tenants of Objectivism. We need Objectivist. Those who will live by the John Galt oath... "I swear by my life and my love of it that I will never live for the sake of another man nor ask another man to live for mine!" The only people I know who do this, who truly follow this philosophy are entrepreneurs and business owners. Not all, but enough. We, my friends, are the only hope for society, the only hope for freedom. We are carriers of the torches of great man and women who have come before us. People who have fought and died for freedom. It is by their example that we say “I am personally unwilling to live as the slave to another. Another person, or a group of people. I am free, and I will be free or you will no longer have my blood sweat and tears to enrich and engorge your out of control power hungry politicians. You will no longer suck me dry with a system of governance set up to punish success and reward failure and laziness.” You have found the new peaceful revolution. We welcome you. We are the last hope as we have been throughout history. We can bring the entire world to it's knees without ever lifting a finger. IN truth we can do it by not lifting a finger. It is time we helped them remember who makes society possible!
