Great tips to help calm the mind
This podcast is filled with lots of valuable information and exercises for anyone trying to harness their anxious mind and stressful life. My only gripe is that there are some sound-quality issues — especially during the ayurvedic interviews. Otherwise, it's great.
Lots of useful stuff here!
this podcast has a wide variety of calming exercises and meditations. I especially like the 5-finger Qi Gong. It's short and quick, can be done anywhere, and it works--it really calms you down.
Peace please
Podcast is ok but the ring at the beginning is so unnecessary and it just scares me from peace. And the host doesn't speak in a manner to bring me peace . Hopefully she can speak more softly and slowly , and LESS ad
