Post-Sunderland: Not Short, Not Sweet Week | The road continues to be a very cold, unforgiving place for Arsenal as they effectively crash out of two competitions in the space of 7 days with away losses to Sunderland and then AC Milan, so to offer something a little more insightful than our very loud whimpering we turn to YouAreMyArsenal.com's Michael Price and Ben Smith from WeAretheNorthBank.com who will talk us through Wenger's waning player-faith, skewed wage structures and small, fleeting slivers of light in Arsenal's rapidly darkening season. We'll attempt to lighten the mood (honest!) by airing American Gooner dirty laundry in the open as we announce our Anti-Valentine's Day contest winner, scour the dank backrooms of the Emirates for our Wanker of the Week and more... | 2/21/12 | Free | View In iTunes |

Post-Sunderland: Ankle Injury Side of the Moon | Arsenal continue to ride the coat tails of The Invincibles by relying on that team's greatest goalscoring exponent, Thierry Henry, who snatched a late late winner at the crater-filled Stadium of Light, a venue only slightly less hazardous than the Hoth Asteroid Belt (*sheepish face*) and the location for Arsenal's upcoming FA Cup tie. To talk about all that, discuss the legacy of Henry, conspire to foil Sunderland's well-organized defense and preview AC Milan in the Champions League, we'll be joined by Arsenal Offside's Martin Tomlinson and Miriti Murungi of NutmegRadio.com. Also we get our first MARCA sighting and call on all Gooners to show their insensitive side in the new, especially anti-Valentine's Day contest... | 2/15/12 | Free | View In iTunes |

Post-Blackburn: Operation Goal Difference | Arsenal take the total goal tally from their earlier encounter at Ewood Park and use it to pelt Blackburn's helpless defense to the tune of a 7-1 victory as they endeavor to climb back up a very slippery table on their way to the Top 4. On the show we've got World Football Daily cohost Sophie Nicolaou and Mike Kavanagh of the Charm City Gooners to discuss whether or not Arsenal have found their choice starting wingers, do a Where's-Waldo with Park Chu Young's first team appearances and talk briefly -- briefly -- about some of the negativity surrounding the club's disappointing 0-0 draw against Bolton earlier in the week. We'll also unveil the most anti-Valentine's Day/pro-Arsenal Football Club contest ever, so be prepared with a little relationship honesty... | 2/7/12 | Free | View In iTunes |

Post-Villa: Other End of the Stick | Arsenal cash in their rain check for all the bad luck they could possibly have had in the last few years and find their rebate entitles them to 2 awarded penalty kicks and one extremely fortuitous goal as they leapfrog Aston Villa 3-2 in the 4th Round of the FA Cup. That's not to take anything away from their 2nd half resolve, so to discuss that, the priority of the FA Cup, stop-start wingers and more, we're joined by Kevin Mooney from USA.Arsenal.com and Arse2Mouse.com's Tim Clark. We'll also announce the 2011 Wanker and Memory of the Year contest winners, name the very first "Hero of the Week" and more... | 2/1/12 | Free | View In iTunes |

Post-Man U: My Ox is on a Bench | Arsenal's new secret weapon gets sacrificed for Sputnik-era munitions as the Gunners fall to Man U for the second time this season, leaving supporters to wonder 1) why it all happened, 2) where reinforcements will come from and 3) why is one of them still Johann Djourou? On the podcast to answer SOME of those questions is returning guest George of the Philly Gooners and the Arseblogger, nestled amongst a bevy of Wanker of the Week nominees and a protracted January contest that Arsene Wenger clearly sees too much potential in... | 1/24/12 | Free | View In iTunes |

Post-Swansea: Curse of the Track Suit | Arsenal's second loss on the trot in the Premier League has left us with little to do but gauge the fear factor of the average American Gooner as we wonder if, not when, the club will get back into the Top 4. Steadying the emotionally unstable ship with us and talking returning players, Aaron Ramsey and Man U preparations will be returning guest Nick Solano from the Orange County Gooners and first-time guest Martin Cafferty from TheGoonBlog.com. Also we'll offer up the Wanker of the Week, old contest winners, the introduction of new contests...you know, the usual guff... | 1/18/12 | Free | View In iTunes |

Post-Leeds: Put in the Statue! | Henry does the comeback right as he slides in the winner against Leeds in the FA Cup and sends Arsenal through to the next round, so naturally we'll be talking about how much goal-scoring impetus we can squeeze out of the furry-faced Frenchman and whether Arsenal's reliance on a 34 year-old loanee is really the litmus test for a Top Four side. On hand to review the Leeds game and help us spell the word "transfers" will be Jamie Sanderson of Young Guns Blog, and we'll also discuss Thierry's longevity and recent form with the host of the "Talking Bull" podcast, Matt Conroy. Also the Wanker of the Week is actually NOT David Beckham, our FA Cup contest goes into a replay and more... | 1/10/12 | Free | View In iTunes |

Post-Fulham: New Year, Same Grind | Arsenal forget to set their New Year's resolutions as they allow Fulham to do it to them again in the midfield trenches at Craven Cottage. Talking fatigue, impotent wingers and the mysterious case of the missing Ox will be Omar from the LA Gooners and ESPN Soccernet Blogging Correspondent Sam Limbert, followed by Joel's refereeing pet peeves and a quick heads up for the first contest of the New Year... | 1/3/12 | Free | View In iTunes |

Post Wolves: 2 Results We Didn’t Deserve | Arsenal labor through the first half of the holiday break with a fortuitous win at Villa Park followed by a frustrating draw at home against Wolves, so we've served up a much less laborious and much more to the point holiday podcast where we'll treat the topics of Robin van Persie's goal record, unsung old-farts and what Titi could do on loan. On the phone to discuss will be the Modern Gooner's Brett Chase, followed by a slew of Wanker of the Week contenders and our Christmas Prize Winner(s) revealed... | 12/29/11 | Free | View In iTunes |

Post-Man City: (Relatively) Happy Golden Days of Yore | Arsenal's fine Premiership form catches a pre-Christmas flu as the team falls 1-nil to the altogether more expensive Manchester City at the Middle Eastlands courtesy of a David-My-Boots-Charge-by-the-Minute-Silva goal. We'll of course throw a hissy-fit of ingratitude and speculate wildly as to whom Arsene Wenger can purchase to backup Robin Van Persie, talk Champions League draws and reshuffling the Arsenal squad deck with Elliot Smith of YankeeGunnerBlog.com, and offer absolutely no hints whatsoever to the Christmas Trivia Contest that we're extending… | 12/21/11 | Free | View In iTunes |

Post-Everton: Anniversary Gift | RvP sits one game and plays another would be an adequate way to explain Arsenal's performance on the week as they get all flappy against Olympiakos in Europe before sinking Everton in the League with a Van Persie wonder goal on their 125th Anniversary. We'll talk negative Everton and statuesque back fours with Garry from the Twin Cities Gooners, before touching on bronze statues and January reinforcements with Miriti from NutmegRadio.com, as well as unleash some Christmas Trivia and acknowledge the one (or two) brave soul(s) who called in to review the Everton game. Post-Wigan: The Stuff Bromances Are Made Of | We try not to get emotional as Arsenal's team spirit reaches its apex during a 4-nil thrashing of the hapless Wigan, so for moral support we've brought in Kckrs.com contributing writer Keith Hickey to talk talent-crowded midfields, youngsters who we shouldn't loan out whether he'd be able to find it in his heart to give Nicklas Bendtner another nibble (at Arsenal…….sheesh). We'll also field listener call ins, reveal contest winners and inaugurate the "Absolute Mustard Commentator's Award" for commentators who probably aren't really "absolute mustard…" | 12/5/11 | Free | View In iTunes |

Post-Fulham: A Not-So Disastrous November | Arsenal begin to wind up their unbeaten month of November with a glorious win over Dortmund followed by an unacceptable non-defeat to Fulham at the Emirates as the well-organized Cottagers invite Thomas Vermaelen to all the shooting practice he could possibly desire on either side of the pitch. We catch up with Kirt from the American Treble to talk about Arsene's conspicuous lack of squad rotation, the Diaby family business, and whether the Man City juggernaut is capable of fielding anyone costing less than an oil rig in Tuesday's Carling Cup showdown. We'll also flagrantly tack on the Wanker of the Week and unveil the Black Friday Twitter Contest winner… | 11/28/11 | Free | View In iTunes |

Post-Norwich: Back to That Revival | Theo & Robin run riot as Arsenal as a unit creaks past the Canaries to secure their sixth Premiership win on the trot. We talk on again/off again defense and fully-deserving Wanker of the Week nominees with Tom Barac from @FootieFantasies before discussing Arsenal's next generation of leaders with returning guest Martin Tomlinson… | 11/22/11 | Free | View In iTunes |

Post-West Brom: Dad Runs A Tight Midfield | Arsenal continue to roll back the years on their form with their first truly "routine" win in a long, long time against a toothless West Brom. Adding a little more commentary bite to the podcast will be show regular Omar Shamout of the LA Gooners and Soccernet Arsenal Correspondent Sam Limbert, talking Arteta, conserving the very precious Robin van Persie and Arsenal's less-is-more approach in Europe... | 11/9/11 | Free | View In iTunes |

Post-Chelsea: Couldn’t Happen to a Nicer Guy | Florent Malouda joins the exclusive company of Freddie Ljungberg and Abou Diaby in making John Terry bite the dust as Arsenal rope-a-dope Chelsea into conceding 5 at home along with their first home defeat this season. Our cup of ecstasy (the emotion) runneth over and so we'll be sharing it with dedicated blogger Tim Bostelle of 7amkickoff.com and then George from the Philly Gooners as we catch up on his latest trip to the Emirates. Also, post-match call-ins, October Contest winners, finally a well-deserving Wanker of the Week and much more... | 11/1/11 | Free | View In iTunes |

Post-Stoke: Stuck on The Goal Van | Just when the neanderthals think they've discovered the wheel, Wenger rolls the Van out of the garage and into Arsenal's 3rd straight victory. Contrived metaphors aside, Arsenal really are beginning to find some form, so we'll further dissect their recent success with Elliot from YankeeGunnerBlog.com, as well as discuss understandable anti-Stoke sentiment, promising striker partnerships, potentially horrifying World Cup presenters and (one of) Peter Crouch's worst features... | 10/25/11 | Free | View In iTunes |

Post-Sunderland: Robin’s Handbrake Removal Service | At least one Arsenal player knows how to shift through the gears unencumbered as once again that man, Robin van Persie, rescues all three points with a truly world class performance that literally had his teammates playing inferior football out of sheer admiration (we think). Jumping in on this RvP love-in will be Ebun from LiveBreatheFutbol.com and returning guest Kevin Mooney from USA.Arsenal.com, not to mention we're piling every giveaway we've hoarded over the international break onto a brand new October contest... | 10/19/11 | Free | View In iTunes |

Post-Sp*rs: Shall We Make Them Another DVD? | Arsenal gives hope to the only recently smoldering DVD distributors of Tottenham as they post their 3rd loss in the last 5 meetings against the Sp*rs. We'll discuss the defensive coach myth, stranded strikers and where exactly the club's panic button is located (all positive stuff, then) with the always-good Jamie from Young Guns Blog and the persevering Brett from The Modern Gooner, plus announce the winner of the recent LiveBreatheFutbol.com giveaway... | 10/5/11 | Free | View In iTunes |

Post-Bolton: Contract Rebels Are So Hot Right Now | Arsenal chip away at their mountain of "goals against" with a 3-nil win over hapless Bolton and hand our last resident contract rebel Robin van Persie his 100th goal for the club in the process. We catch up with two American Gooners AT the Emirates this weekend, first Nick from Boston before the match and Michael from Utah afterward, followed by some dictator and contract talk (of course) with Miriti Murungi from NutmegRadio.com... | 9/28/11 | Free | View In iTunes |

Quality Podcast!
As a sampler of many podcasts based in America that cover the EPL, I've come across the good and the bad. This podcast, hands down, is one of the best that I've heard. First off, the sound quality is excellent - several of the other podcasts that I've heard consist of a group of people in a room or on the phone, and I have a hard time hearing everyone. Here, Joel and Kyle and their guests all come through clearly.
Secondly, the coverage is by supporters and for supporters, as opposed to other podcasts that are done by professionals (or pseudo-professionals) that are less passionate in their approach.
Last, the insight and knowledge level is also excellent. Other podcasts seem to just deal in superlatives and fawn over their respective team, but here you'll get in-depth knowledge of Arsenal, along with a bit of wit as well.
great pod for American gooners
Listen to it everyweek because it offers a good variety of viewpoints from American Arsenal fans. The guys offer interesting facts and discussions without beating you over the head with statistics. Must-listen for Arsenal fans in the US.
American? Gooner? This podcast is for you.
This is a great podcast for the American Gooner. It's about time we had a podcast catered to us. I like the American perspective of the team I love, and the banter and bad-mouthing of Arsenal haters is always great. If you're an American and you're a Gooner, then this is the podcast you should be listening to.
