Brain-Body Breakthroughs – Cure Aging or Die Trying: An interview with Dr. William Andrews

How would you react if your dad told you during your teenage years to do something significant like find the cure for aging? Well, that is exactly what my guest today was told as a young boy. Brain-Body Breakthroughs – If you want to lead a long and healthy life, you should grow your own groceries. An interview with Marjory Wildcraft.

We all know how much oil is consumed in the production and transportation of food to our table. And it seems like we are always hearing of repeated food-borne illnesses due to organisms such as enteropathogenic E. coli or Salmonella. Our food just doesn’t taste the way it did fifty years ago. Nor is it […]

Brain-Body Breakthroughs – How to balance your Tai and Qi: An interview with Dr. Lorene Wu

Brain-Body Breakthroughs – How to balance your Tai and Qi: An interview with Dr. Lorene Wu

I watched a recent video from the Onion News Network that promoted a tongue-in-cheek way to keep social security solvent. It outlined an approach that encouraged Americans to live faster and die younger. It cut taxes on cigarettes, outlawed helmets and encouraged sleep only “when dead.” In place of senior citizen’s checks, vouchers were handed […]

Brain-Body Breakthroughs – The Rogue Nutritionist: An Interview with Jonny Bowden, Ph. D.

It can be pretty easy to lose weight … the same 15 pounds, over and over again. Just like it’s easy to stop smoking. Things may get a little controversial but it's all fun and informative

From his gentle demeanor to his well-chosen words to his patient and thorough interview style, this man is a gem who is not afraid to step outside his comfort zone. He is the doctor we would all love to have!

I appreciate how he states a new or complex concept and then re-states it another way then goes on to give examples. He does this without condescension and without drawing attention to himself. This doctor truly wants to take us along on a learning journey.

Interesting guests and fascinating topics.

I read Dr. McCleary's book Feed Your Brain, Lose your Belly and loved it. I was so excited when I found out from Jimmy Moore that you had this podcast. I have been listening straight through all of them and each one has taught me so much. I even have gone so far as to order your product Vitaloss, which I'm waiting to get. Thank you for doing these podcasts and look forward to listening to them all.
