Podcast Description
I am working on a project to have a visual component for all of my learning guides and hands on skills that I teach in my High School culinary arts class. My students are mostly visual learners and they need this component to help gain an understanding of the task. In my classroom my students all have access to ipod touch devices to view the podcasts as well as other applications relative to the culinary arts curriculum Please feel free to use all of the podcasts to help you with your own quest to learn the noble art of cooking. As time goes on I will keep adding podcasts....stay tuned. You can download the podcasts for free on iTunes, search for “cooking with my students”

The podcast's in this series are absolutely great. Having been in a culinary program many years ago I must comment that this type of resource would have been definite help with learning skills. When, at the High School level you are learning a lot of information and culinary skills. Being able to reinforce that learning with this technology and having it in your own hands would be such a tremendous value. I have subscribed on iTunes and I look forward to more episodes! Being out of school for over 25 years I find these helpful today at home and work.
Thanks.
