Podcast Description
This is an adaption of an already excellent podcast by Robert Ullrey that gets you running 5 kilometres in 9 weeks. The difference between this and Roberts is that there is no music track, only audio cues of when to run and when to walk. This means you can run without music or add your own playlist in Garageband or any other audio recording software so you can run with your favourite songs or podcasts. I have used the text to speech function available on a Mac called Alex, so thanks to Apple for him & a big thank you to Robert Ullrey for his podcast. Let me know if you have any suggestions for the following weeks podcasts. Happy running.

Fine podcast
This podcast is exactly what it says it is, an adaptation of Robert Ulrey's "Podcasts for Running" with the music track removed. Very helpful for when I run on my treadmill in front of my tv. Timing is a bit off, but not a big issue. Recommended for all who want to get in shape or run intervals without music.
Really lame
Text to speech function (no, they couldn't bother to record an actual introduction) works badly and is hard to understand. The timing isn't right either, which basically makes this program pointless. Guess I have to try to find the original this was taken from...
Nice
I like that you can use Garage Band to put your own music with the voice - but unfortunately the timing is off for a few weeks. On week 3, when you are supposed to do 3 minutes of walking - it goes for 5 minutes at a few points. I ended up having to just record my own voice because of the problem. No big deal but not accurate.
