Suggestions

Would be good to hear from people that didn't grow up in sports or weren't affiliate owners. Listening from the perspective of an avid CF'er, but not an affiliate owner, I love the content but think it could be geared towards the "everyman" as well. Also I feel like cf changed me so much from a life that wasn't full of high school and college sports, but an unhealthy lifestyle that I am super grateful to have changed. Hearing others that have done or are doing the same would be a great motivation. I am an addict so I listen to every episode with no qualms, great job jj.

Audio Volume

Great show but the guests are very difficult to hear sometimes. I will have to crank the audio then when JJ speaks it nearly blows out my ear drums. Please find a way to boost the sound of your guests!!

Good interviews, horrible sound.

I listen to every episode because it's my only crossfit radio option. But the sound is ridiculous. With so many people suggesting this in the reviews, I can't figure out why the host keeps screwing this up.
