A full-cast, well produced cyber-drama!
I had the opportunity to read this book in advance of the podcast, and it's great. Like a mash-up of Ghost-in-the-Shell and a non-cheesy Bionic Woman! And the podcast version makes for very compelling audio. PC Haring has assembled an excellent voice cast and polishes the whole thing with well-chosen music and sound effects. Really enjoying myself so far.
Debut?
Why yes it is. Haring is one of the new breed of the next stars of Podcast Fiction. This may be his first, but it won't be his last. The writing is great, the voice acting is good, and each episode keeps me waiting for the next and the next and the next!
Cybrosis Rocks!
I'm rather surprised to discover that this is a debut novel for the author. After listening to the first two episodes, I am very impressed. The action in the first episode is counter-pointed with the repercusions in the second. I'm very interested to see where this story takes us.
