This podcast needs to be marked EXPLICIT
I tried listening to The Ghost Next Door, which I've always remembered fondly. This only left a bad taste in my mouth. "Dune" can't just sit there and read the book straight as it should be. He has to make little comments about if he feels something is stupid and he had to have a small conversation with his girlfriend if one of the characters is called "Herb" with an "h" or "Herb" more like the plant. He fumbled on his name every time it popped up and I finally had to turn the podcast off after hearing the "C" word twice. There's no excuse for that sort of language when you're reading books that were intended for a younger audience anyway. (Also burping when the main character was supposed to sigh? What are you, 5?)
If the guy is going to at least pretend to be an audiobook narrator, than he can at least try and do it professionally. I deleted his podcast and I have to say that I'm sorry I ever subscribed to it.
