A midpacker who is getting faster!
James, or is it Spongebob?, takes you down the road as although he might be moving up in age is certainly not slowing down. His witty and whimsical take on running and life will have you coming back for more. Look forward to following his journey as he recants stories of old and those that are new.
Another Running Partner
James has great stories and memories from the early to the current running booms. He is not slow - don't let him kid you - but he is always looking to push his pace and better his times. Having met & run with him, he's the real deal, a guy that loves to run.
Learn from experience
Let James accompany you on some of your runs to help pass the time. He keeps it entertaining and may enlighten you with his wealth of knowledge and personal history of running. I look forward to sharing more time with James.
