Customer Reviews
Gotta stick up for these guys
There are many complaints about how these guys don't have the football content and just aren't funny. Here's the thing: I can download an hour podcast loaded with stats and analysis laid on me by 3 boring guys and one guy who is trying to be funny (but not trying hard enough). Or I can download this and get 10 minutes of two dorks being their genuinely humorous selves, then get 5 minutes of there opinons about players. If you play fantasy football and you're not an idiot, this is an easy decision. Stats usually do nothing more than confound and convolute the truth and most analysis is over-analysis when it comes to fantasy sports (fftoday not included). You have to go from your gut and pick the players you like. Other fantasy podcasts give you all the information but no answers. These guys give you the quick news along with a gut check. It works and it's the perfect solution to the drive home from work. Crunch the numbers yourself, like you're supposed to, and let these guys tell you if you are right.
Laugh and Learn
Fantasy Football is supposed to be fun, and these guys get it. If you want a dull rehash of statistics and projections then move on. If you are looking for great information with a few laughs along the way then this is your podcast.
Entertaining even for casual fans
Great podcast for any football fan, with well-informed hosts who are clearly having fun. That being said, if they don't drop the "are you for real?" sound clips, I'm not downloading this again.
