His talking style is still unbearable, but I continue to listen

This is the same podcast as last year, just a new name (1st and 15). He still talks. In 2-3 word. Sentences. Which. Is. Annoying. However, the Monday/Tues/Friday are still hands down the shows not to be missed. Here he gives recaps of the weekends games and Friday he previews all the action. Tuesday you get the ‘Green Elevator’, i.e. his power rankings. Wed/Thursday is Q/A with listener emails. I have subscribed to the show since day 1 when it was 1st and 15 and even though his speech patterns are grating at times, I continue to listen each and everyday due to the great content and analysis he provides.

Good discussion and football knowledge.....one problem

The host sounds like JIM ROME! What.....is.......the.......deal? Every word is broken into a sentence. If I wanted to listen to a robot I would power up my Texas Instruments Speak-N-Spell.

Good Stuff

Of all the ESPN podcasts (and shows for that matter) this one is more substance than style. Yes, there is a constant stream of music, Green talks faster than a carny at a game booth and the sound FXs make any ESPN show the most overproduced thing ever, but Green does well despite all that. The info is definitely worth the barrage of overproduction and especially when compared to the disaster area of the other fottball/fantasy football podcasts. How Roto and his sidekick outranked this I have no idea.
