We live in a world where people seemingly go from rags to riches without any of the process. My goal is to dispel the belief that successful people are just lucky or genetically superior and to show that successful people actually earn their status. Native to Canada, she competed and trained over 80 thousand hours of Gymnastics and placed 4th in the Western Canadian Championships. She home-schooled her two children now ages 19 and 16 to college and 10th grade. She has been a professional mime, performing in National telethons and street fairs, Coached gymnastics for 20 years, been a sign language teacher for youth, and developed a successful public speaking course for young adults in which the students won many public speaking competitions. Coaching Session With Malea | There are times in my coaching sessions when the level of change a person seeks goes deeper than what my current abilities provide. In this recorded coaching session with Malea, I discover that Malea is experiencing a physical loss which is affecting her mental and physical performance. I have great relationships with therapists because there are certain tools that they carry which can be valuable to my clients. The loss that Malea is experiencing is affecting her daily routines. The things she used to be able to do with ease are now difficult. The mental and emotional struggle she is facing makes it hard to set and keep her promises and goals. You don’t have to be sick or crazy to reap the benefits of therapy. It can be a very valuable tool for dealing with the deep emotional trauma that comes with loss, depression and other ailments. Expert Interview With Kevin Day | Kevin Day Kday Racing Over the past 16 years (7 of which have been as a professional) Kevin has been racing bicycles in and around Utah and across the Unites States. During that time he’s been fortunate enough to be a part of many elite cycling teams and make great friends from all over the world.
