Excellent Workout for Older Soldiers
I have 17 years of military service and they have taken a toll physically. This workout offers me a chance to stay fit without the high impact exercise of my youth.
Great workout even for civilians!
I'm a professional dancer and now that I'm getting older really struggle to stay in shape and keep my weight down. These are excellent workouts. The trainers are professionals and are very good at demonstrating the moves correctly to maximize results and avoid injury. I have come to rely on my morning workouts with these and other Fit for Duty videos to tone up and cross train. I like the positive, encouraging "can do" attitude of the fitness teams demonstrating the exercises. The pace is good, and I am definately kept challenged by these workouts. I also like that I don't need a lot of fancy equipment, these exercises can be done at home with just basic items. I've purchased many workout videos over the years that I wasn't happy with. These free videos are professional, well done videos with trainers who know what to do (and what not to do) and are very good at giving clear concise instructions for a proper workout. You could spend a lot of money buying workout videos, but why would you when these are available??
Unable to transfer to I-pod
I think these videos are great, but they don't transfer to my I-Pod. Does anyone know of a way that I can get them to transfer to my I-Pod?
