We invite you to take a journey with us through over 20 years of music, each album coming with a completely different style from the last. This show is a small token of our appreciation for what The Beastie Boys have meant to us throughout our lives and we hope acts as a celebration of the life of MCA. May he rest in peace. The truth
Tuning in to flavor of the month is like sitting around cracking brews with your homies and listening to beats, if your boys are two chill podcast hosts with an encyclopedic knowledge of golden era hip-hop. The only downside is that you have to wait a whole month for the next episode.

Real 90s hip hop
By far the best podcast around. I have been looking for a radio station that will play real hip hop and this podcast is the closest and best there is. Nothing but real 90s hip hop comes out of this podcast. I just wish the podcast was not once a month. Come on guys keep playing this hip hop.
