FNL is a superb show
I'm 51 years old, live in a part of the country where people care very little about high-school football, and I'm your typical white-collar executive with an MBA. So why should someone like me care about a show like this? Because it is, quite simply, one of the best shows on TV. The writing is superb and the acting even trumps that. Filming the show in Austin rather than some Burbank back lot dressed up to look like Austin completes the picture. I never miss an episode of this fine show, and anyone who takes the time to put together a Podcast heralding it deserves five stars right off the bat.
Friday Night Nights
I'm 13 and my family watch it every Wednesday and it"s like you just want more!!
great for the true fan
Blake & friends do a great job of analyzing the show and discussing news on the show. I always look forward to what they have to say. Funny and insightful, I always feel like they see things I didn't catch and I feel I have a better understanding of the show when I listen. Besides, as a fan who doesn't get to talk about FNL much with friends, it's sort of like sitting down with a few real fans and just hanging out. :)
