They are friends I’ve never met
I have been listening to Funemployment Radio since day one. These two have a chemistry that works better than any I’ve ever heard. I’ve followed them through relationships, pets, vacations, homes and more. They are friends that I’ve never met and I appreciate them more than they know.
Politics… ugh
Had been a listener on and off since they left old radio. Decent banter… but through the years have gotten too political.
Make no mistake, these are portlanders, who love Portland and everything it stands for. My opinion is different, but I’m able to put politics aside.
On a recent show one of the hosts said to F off and not listen anymore if you disagree with her on the Roe V Wade decision.
Alienating listeners of different beliefs is never a good thing, so as you wish, I will F right off and not listen anymore.
These guys are the real Portland
I’ve been listening to Sarah since she turned drinking age, and Greg for 11 years now, is that right? Anyway, my radio/podcast relationship with these two is longer and more stable than any I’ve had irl! Wow, that’s sad. But I love these guys, they are more than the inheritors of the Rick Emerson legacy— they are like family, and YOU should get to know them, too!
