Podcast Description
Gaming The Media is the podcast where two people not in the games media discuss everything about games and the media that covers them. We understand that there are a lot of podcasts out there that do a great job of covering the latest and greatest of videogame news, and so each week we focus our efforts on tackling an aspect of the good and the bad of videogames past and present. We tend to limit ourselves to one major topic per week to ensure that we have plenty of time to go on tangents that include personal stories that are more likely than not to get us into trouble but always relate back to the videogames that we love. Our humor may often be a little off-color, but with a PhD as one of the hosts, we always keep the discussions thoughtful and mature. Above this, each week we promise to take a member of the gaming media to task, and we will often engage in a multi-podcast reading/watching/playthrough of new and classic games, comics, movies, and TV.
