Stewardship vs Selfishness
This is an excellent service by HBO and especially Laurie who is working tirelessly for this cause. I do agree with the other poster that you should question everything, but more importantly than that, you should live unselfishly. For all our inventiveness, we are only discovering how things work, we don't make them work and we don't directly control the results of our actions since we don't fully understand their eventual impact. You can live for your own pleasure and let your great-great grandkids watch historical movies of wildlife or you can spend a little thought on doing things more carefully. So please, question all authority, but also educate and gain your own understanding.
Invitation to think
While I agree one should not take any single idea and accept it as fact, it is important for these type of programs to be made. Many people assume "someone else" will fix the problems, it is important that we all be made aware of our own responsibilities when concerning the environment. Well done HBO.

I am a christian, and yes I believe the world will stay until God says so, but global warming is not merely summer! God made man keepers of the garden, and we have been negligent in our care. Don't give Christians a bad name by your ignorance. Maybe you found this film to be a farce, I will respect your opinion, adn this is what this documentary is an opinion, but use it as a tool to do some investigation on your own and seek the truth. That is what the Bible says after all, to seek the truth, and it will set you free-
