Each episode is packed with useful information presented in a fast-paced funny format.

Having moved away from Texas too many years ago it is wonderful to see this lovely gal showing the World how it is done back home. Love her style, her presentation, attitude -- and the food is great as well! Keep 'em coming Hilah!

Can

I'm finally eating better, and laughing more, thanks to Hilah Cooking! I'm just waiting for her to move over to IFC as well, so I can watch her SUPER- SIZED!!! As she deserves to be!

Wait... what was I saying?

I'm a big fan of the food Hilah makes and the relatively short format of the show and everything, but mostly I'm entertained by the way the show skirts between an educational tutorial and the kind of mindless chatter that one does when they're concentrating on something else (or drunk). Hilah's successes and failures in multi-tasking are really what make this show amazing.
