The title might be a joke, but this podcast sure isn't!

Those of us who are scouters recognize the long-standing "joke" that being a leader only take "an hour a week." Usually the punchline is "of free time" or "per boy." Besides being a reference to this in-joke, the title of Cubmaster Chris' podcast also describes the amount of new content he gives us each week. The topics are great for us scouters to realize that we're all seeing a lot of the same issues together, and each of can swing between the totally gung-ho and the grumpy old scouter. The content is great and the fact that he records it live gets instant feedback, so you're getting several thoughts at one. Additionally the forums and the fact that Chris brings the feedback to his show help get several sides of each view out there. Keep up the great work Chris!

Some good stuff here

This show often imparts information and details I can use as a fairly-new-to-scouting leader. However, sometimes the hosts and even the guests tend to ramble on about personal events that have little to do with what the core of the show. However, despite that, it's worth the listen for the nuggets hidden within.

Thank you Cubmaster Chris!!!!!

I was in a panic. I couldn't figure out the last little part to my Pack Meeting Extravaganza. Out of desperation I emailed Cubmaster Chris (the host of the show). After recording his show, but before some sleep that was probably well deserved, he took the time to record a solution to my problem and email me. It all came out fantastic. Thank you Chris!!!!
