Indirect Democracy is a political process in which the PEOPLE control the government through elected political officials. This is also called a republic. This podcast is a progressive, hopefully humorous (I see you judging me) and creative take on the news, commentary and look at the history that shape our republic....in an attempt to indirectly affect our democracy.

For them, 9/11 is in their lungs, their blood." That was my favorite quote from an ABC article entitled, "9/11 Responders Gravely Ill." For all the controversy surrounding Michael Moore and his trip to Cuba, we have to remember that he also took 10 of our first responders from 9/11 to get treatment for their health problems. Despite your beliefs about Mr. Moore (good or bad), he is forcing us all to take a larger look at a healthcare system that leaves behind the people we claim to be Heroes.
