Get a head start in life! Finally, real world financial education for young adults! Life can be confusing and chaotic. In the midst of completing your formal education and beginning a career, there is a constant level of uncertainty concerning what will transpire in the future. At The Jason Hartman Foundation, we are specifically concerned with helping young adults develop the necessary skills for financial success. These principals are encapsulated in the three C’s of Financial Success: Credit, Capital, and Competency. These principals serve as the fundamental building blocks not only for financial literacy and for creating long-term success. What is the purpose of secondary education? I s it to have children learn the names of dead English poets? Is it to memorize dates and facts rather than the lessons of history? Is to learn mathematical theorems that will have little, if any, practical use in later life? Jason Hartman, having experienced the full range of learning offered in the public schools of Southern California, believes that important aspects of a well-rounded education are lacking in secondary education taught in many American schools today. Hartman believes that real life demands real world financial literacy education. Learn how to set and achieve goals, become successful in your career or in your own business. Exceptional information! This is the stuff that schools don't teach.
Do you ever wonder why schools and colleges never teach us about credit cards, mortgages, or how to handle our money. I really wish I had something like this to listen to when I was growing up. Great job! Let's keep young adults informed.
Is Wall Street really this bad?
If you're a young person just out of high school or college, you don't realize how much you don't know about investing. Listening to this podcast, I'm starting to get an idea about my level of financial ignorance and it kind of makes me mad. The show sure won't make all your wildest dreams of being rich come true immediately but it at least shows you how to avoid the stupid stuff that can seriously screw up your finances when you're just starting out. Blows my mind to think about how cautious investment strategies can actually create wealth faster than crazy stuff. Never really understood inflation until now. Gotta get my money out of stocks.
PRACTICAL financial advise for young adults
Finally, someone who wants to give young adults PRACTICAL financial wisdom. I don't know of anyone else providing that type of assistance.
