Hadn't though much about it
Listening to these podcasts I realized I hadn't though enough about nutrition. Just eating what seems fast and easy isn't always eating what is best for me. Nutritionist may be correct when they say that the best medicine is good nutrition. There is lots to know. This show is a good listen.
