Podcast Description

LabLearner is a 100% hands-on science education program for grades pre K - eighth grade. Each CELL (Core Experience Learning Lab) of the middle school years of LabLearner is complimented by video footage that helps teachers and their students through the laboratory portion of the curriculum. In our Podcast, we present video clips of selected CELLs so that those interested in LabLearner science education activities (including parents of LabLearner students) can get a "feel" for LabLearner. Each CELL is typically divided between 3 or 4 Investigations. We therefore present selected CELLs as a series of such Investigations. Podcasts are hosted and narrated by LabLearner President Dr. Keith Verner and include appearances by various LabLearner staff and practicing teachers. While supporting curricular components cannot be included in this format, we nonetheless feel that the general LabLearner science education approach comes through.
