Podcast Description

International techno DJ and boss of Crosstown Rebels, Damian Lazarus brings you Lazpod, an excursion into weird and wonderful sound. A breath-taking regular podcast, hosted by Lazarus, that features some of the special records he plays at the globe's most happening parties, mixed up with the various different styles of music he likes to listen to at home; comedy moments spliced up with funk, latin melodies played next to soundtracks, plus cosmic disco, techno, house, and rock... it's all here in this fresh new show. Go to www.lazpod.com for tracklistings and further information.

Wicked mix of the exotic, beautiful and Weird Musical Tastes

A Great mix of music I could not find anywhere else but the basement of lazpod studios. Please keep up the great work

Oh My Gawd, He Played 'Cat Food'!

This review may eventually exceed the 6000 characters allowed... But for now, it seems clear that Damian Lazarus may be one of the few DJs who actually 'get it' that I have heard. (Besides myself of course). The downside is that now I will have to listen to all umpteen hours of his podcasts... I am qualified to say this as a 'retired' (how can you 'retire' from a job you never got paid for?) twenty year vet of so-called 'underground radio' from '76 to '96. Still, I dare Damian to top my segue in '76 from 'Interstellar Overdrive' to 'Fly Me to the Moon', try it at home, the headrush is still amazing... Need I also mention that his 'album' may be one of the finest of this decade? Too bad he's stuck touring with the overpriced and overrated 'Underworld'.

Too good

Great mix of genres - hot picks - never gets boring
