Podcast Description

The Make-It-Green Girl's tips are designed for the green at heart. Many of us recognize the need for changes in our society, but eco-campaigning can't be everyone's full-time job. Anna Elzeftawy delivers short, fun, friendly tips about which green practices and principles can make a difference. From the creators of The Get-It-Done Guy, Money Girl, and Grammar Girl.

Customer Reviews

Fun and Green -- like Kermit the Frog

Anna's podcasts are lively, informative, and funny. I'm an eco-wannabies. I worry a lot about the environment while doing almost nothing about it except, well, worry. Make-it-Green Girl gives specific, useful advice so I can get off my couch and start minimizing my carbon footprint!

Informative, yet...

I've listened to the first five podcasts thus far, and I find the information contained in the podcasts pretty informing (although I have some disagreements with the Energy Vampires episode, but that's a debate that I won't print in a review). However, I find Anna's tone to be sarcastic much of the time, and all I want to do is rush home and cancel my subscription to this podcast. For now, I'll keep listneing.

just what it should be

this podcast is exceptional in its balanced nature. MIGG is not a fanatical "the world is going to end so everyone stop using gasoline and go live in a tree," and not a surface deep "buy a hybrid and eat organic," but rather a podcast that looks further into the "why's" of sustainability and weighs the benefits versus the liabilities of one's actions in the long term. MIGG does this all while keeping it relevant to the everyday person. it's like a breath of fresh air. keep up the good work MIGG.
