Podcast Description
The MarBecca Method™ is a singular way of conducting business, which Mark and Rebecca Ferrell practiced for over 12 years to be one of the most sought-after and highest priced mobile DJ service business in California, consistently charging up to 5 times the average market price in one of the most competitive markets in the United States, while building legendary client satisfaction and loyalty. This led to what Mark terms, “Shout of Mouth”, which is “word of mouth” advertising on steroids. Mark K Ferrell provides inspiration and information by conducting workshops, seminars, and discussions on speaking, storytelling, announcing, and presentation skills to help create a more thoughtful, passionate, and caring world. "I know why I’m here. It’s to expand this idea: It’s not what you do, but how you do it that changes people’s lives, including your own. It’s all about Love." This podcast will explore and examine various concepts of The MarBecca Method™ and public speaking skills.

What Is The MarBecca Method? | The MarBecca Method is unique and specific. It is more complex than it appears on the surface. It's the kind of thing that takes a bit of exposure to fully understand. It is something we lived for over 35 years, | 12/12/11 | Free | View In iTunes |

Getting What You’re Worth | "Getting What You're Worth" (GWYW) is a seminar that I first presented in a very raw form in 1996 when I was invited by the Southern California chapter of the ADJA (American Disc Jockey Association) to speak. DiscJockeyAmerica Radio – DJA Radio | DJA Radio Crew - Launch Day Promotion Web Page Art In 2006, I launched a concept that, I believe, was unique - at least at the time. Thrilled beyond repair!
I just listened to The Wedge with Peter Merry for the very first time, and I cannot contain my glee! I've already called three of my fellow DJ colleagues and have urged them to sign up. I also called the DJARadio toll-free number and embarrassed myself completely! The show combines a direct, pull-no-punches attitude with terrific humor and radio production to blend a message all DJs ought to heed. If you're serious about your DJ business and you want to be taken seriously, this podcast is for you. Peace be with you, Bixby
DJA Radio kicks some serious butt!
These podcasts are like a wake up call to all DJs, especially those DJs who think they are doing a good job. Listen to these podcasts and you will start to think that you suck as a DJ. You also realize that, with extremely few exceptions, all DJs suck to a certain extent. Fortunately, the more you listen, the more you become determined to stop sucking. And that's the nice thing. Once you get that determination, you realize that the answers are in the podcasts too!
