It's alright, but...
Too much time is spent talking about the website, how he's busy and hadn't updated, invitations for reader comments, how many people subscribed, etc. In the first monasticsm history podcast, which is 14 minutes long, nearly half of that was devoted to something other than the subject matter. The presenter is well-grounded in his field, and presents his information in a clear and logical manner with an average speaking voice that is sometimes difficult to understand due to volume. If the historical content of the podcast - what I imagine most people are subscribing to listen to - could be more prominent and notes about the website relegated to the end, it would be much better.
