Hmmmm, be careful.

Perhaps some good sentiment here that may be benificial to some ... ? But after hearing him say to a caller that the multiple sclerosis (MS) his wife was suffering from was caused by their divorce, i turned off. "Releasing anger" and "positive thought" are ideals that we should all strive for, but please don't start replacing medical fact with new age philosophy. Promote a balance between the internal and external. Anything else is just dangerous, especially to the vulnerable.

Be Careful

Just do yourself a favor and google his name and read about his cultic practices. He messed up a lot of people in Southern Oregon in his heyday. The "Roybots" are still not socially normal. His podcast might seem like no big deal, but be smart and know what you are getting into. Also, notice how defensive he gets when his past is brought up - for good reason

Just try it...

When I first heard about it, I wasn't too sure. I've never been into "New-Agey" stuff. What I found was that it's really just a basic exercise to make you more aware of your thoughts, and the emotions behind them. "What have I got to loose?" I thought. It turns out I had plenty to loose. Years worth of anger that was holding me back in my job and relationships with my friends and family really have started falling away. I've lost fears and addictions that kept me from succeeding, and doing what I was built to do. It’s weird, but the less effort I exert, the better things get. Life is just plain getting easier. I can't guarantee this exercise will help you, but it is free, and it helped me more than I can write. What have you got to loose?
