Inspiring leadership

Great podcast, inspires me to lead better. Love the longevity of their work. Would give it a 5 star but Tyler seems to shame ppl a lot and be condescending.

Long-time listener thru all the iterations

I've been a long-time fan of Catalyst. I mean for probably a decade! The podcast has been thru many iterations. It's currently hosted by Brad Lomenick and Jason Haynes and while the episodes have gotten really long compared to a couple of years ago, they do make some great recommendations.

I appreciate the range of interviews, from musical artists to authors to pastors to organization leaders to racial reconcilers. Some of these interviewees were new to me but I instantly loved them. Others were not necessarily a hit for me but I gained an appreciation for the person that I didn't otherwise have. I currently have about 60 episodes from during the years saved in my library that I regularly listen to - once or twice every year. They're that good. I've been challenged in my views and thoughts through these interviews and that's what I'm looking for.

Also, in case he reads these reviews, Jason has gotten so much better as an interviewer! In prior years he had a lot of ums and other fillers while he talked - which ALL new public speakers do - but he has really worked on that and it SHOWS. I was recently noticing how he's improved during the years so I wanted Jason to know we recognize it!

Now I miss Catalyst conferences. I've attended 3 conferences in Atlanta and 3 one day events in Florida cities. No conference I've ever been to has been as great as a Catalyst conference. I'm afraid the pandemic closed that door forever for this organization, which is too bad. I believe Jason remains the only employee and he may be a volunteer! But those conferences added value to my life that changed me and I'm forever grateful for that work. I hate that it may never be again but the fruit remains in thousands of us.

Great work, Catalyst!

Love the conversations in this podcast!

I really appreciate the Catalyst podcast, because they always have some great guests that bring value and insight to the table. The heart and mission for the Catalyst movement in general is very clear, and there is great alignment with this mission across the board! I always leave the each episode feeling inspired and ready to create more momentum than before!
